Founders & their story
Aadil Attarwala
Prathana Shah
The story behind the launch of Bottom Line is one of personal experience and a desire to help others facing similar discomfort. Aadil Attarwala, one of the co-founders, was traveling in a remote part of India when he found himself in a situation where toilet paper was not available. He realized how uncomfortable and unhygienic it can be to use toilet paper, especially when traveling to places where it’s not readily available.
When he returned from his trip, he shared his experience with his fiancé Prathana Shah, and they both agreed that there had to be a better way to handle bathroom situations while traveling. They started researching and testing different options, but none of them were as effective or convenient as they needed.
That’s when they came up with the idea of Bottom Line, a portable jet spray that could be carried anywhere and used in any bathroom situation. They worked tirelessly to create a product that was compact, easy to use, and eco-friendly. The design of Bottom Line was finalized after numerous prototypes and testing.
Aadil and Prathana’s personal experience of discomfort while traveling and the realization that many others face similar situations inspired them to create a product that could provide comfort and hygiene to others. They launched Bottom Line, believing it would be a game-changer for anyone who travels, especially to areas where toilet paper may not be available.
