Refund Eligibility
Each refund request is evaluated individually based on the type of service purchased and the stage of project completion.
1. Website and Graphic Design Services
Full Refund
If the project has not yet started.
If the initial design concept is rejected and no further work has been approved.
Partial Refund
If the project progresses beyond initial approval but we fail to deliver as per agreed scope.
Refund amount will be calculated proportionally based on the work completed.
No Refund
Once the website or design has been completed and uploaded to the server.
2. Logo and Brochure Design
Full Refund
If the project has not commenced.
If the first proposed design style is rejected and no revisions are approved.
Partial Refund
If approved designs are not delivered within agreed terms.
Refund will be proportionate to the amount of completed work.
No Refund
After final designs are completed and delivered.
3. Web Programming Services
Full Refund
If development work has not started.
Partial Refund
If delivery is incomplete.
The refundable amount will be determined based on completed milestones compared to the agreed scope of work.
4. Dedicated Hiring / Offshore Staffing
Full Refund
If the assigned developer or resource has not begun work.
Proportionate Refund
If cancellation occurs after work has started, refund will be based on hours or deliverables completed up to the cancellation date.
No Refund
For services already rendered.
If dissatisfaction arises during a dedicated hiring engagement, clients are encouraged to inform the project manager immediately. We may explore options such as resource replacement, revised timelines, or partial compensation where appropriate.
Applicability of Delivery Policy
A project will not be considered active unless the required payments are cleared.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete, incorrect, or late information provided by the client.
If full project details are not shared at the beginning, delivery timelines and refund guarantees may not apply.
Compensation for delays will only be applicable if a penalty clause is explicitly mentioned in a signed agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability is limited strictly to the value of the incomplete portion of the project.
Awaraj will not be held responsible for:
Indirect or consequential losses
Business interruption or revenue loss
Delays caused by third-party service providers
Refund liability applies only when the client formally cancels the project and provides written notice of cancellation.
Refund Processing Timeline
Full Refunds: Processed within 50 business days after confirmation of cancellation.
Partial Refunds: Processed within 180 business days after cancellation and final project review.
Refunds will be issued through the original method of payment, such as cheque or credit/debit card transaction.
