Founders & their story
Puneet
Amit Sahni
Jatin Kaushik
Puneet and Amit are optometrists, while Jatin is Puneet’s childhood friend. Jatin’s brother had Amblyopia for which they couldn’t get any treatment as doctors said no treatment was available. Jatin then contacted Puneet for the same.
Puneet asked his senior Amit, the third co-founder, about this problem & learned more about vision therapy, where he acknowledged that though there is a treatment for lazy eye, it is too costly for patients, especially the Indian community, to afford as these are imported from abroad.
He then thought, why not develop an economical alternative for Amblyopia and vision treatment & he immediately started with research on the topic. After a few months, he approached his friend Jatin with the solution & for software help.
Together, they founded CureSee to give their patients superior eyesight at an inexpensive price.
