People should have right to accept their gender and sexuality and live by their own perspective, the way they can choose the products according to their needs.
BeUnic is an e-commerce marketplace by the LGBTQ community for the world. It’s a marketplace to buy clothing, accessories, stationary, home décor, including more than 500 products. All the products are designed by LGBTQ community.

Ashish Chopra, a homosexual loved wearing heels since his childhood. But in India, he was always mocked upon and shown the way out of the stores where he used to go to buy heels. This was when he got the idea to start his own business & build a safe space for the community. And this leads to the birth of BeUnic.
Later, they attended a conference in Bangalore by LGBTQ entrepreneurs where they understood that people are selling through their Instagram accounts or their own stores. That is when they decided to build a marketplace where the other entrepreneurs can sell their product through their website.
Due to this, BeUnic product categories has increased at a huge rate and they gained a lot of exposure.
About the company
BeUnic is a community-focused e-commerce platform that gives LGBTQ artists and designers the opportunity to sell their products and services to other members of the LGBTQ community.
They have their own brand and have own t-shirts & footwears. Apart from this, more than 500 products are listed on their website which are by their 26+ queer creators.
Their mission is to encourage people to accept their sexuality & prove their talent by coming to the BeUnic platform. In 3 years, they have sold 500 products to 12 countries.
Revenue:
In the first year i.e., FY 19-20, their revenue was nearly Rs. 20,000.
In FY 20-21, the sales were Rs. 1.25 lakhs. In March’22, the sales were Rs. 1 lakh. In April’22, it was Rs. 5.5 lakhs which went up to Rs. 6 lakhs in June’22. Overall, in FY 21-22, the sales crossed Rs. 50 lakhs.
Average sale through their website is somewhere between 70000-80000 per month. Last month sale was around Rs. 40000 rupees.

1 crore for 10% equity at the valuation of 10 crore
Offer
Piyush gave conditional offer of 25 lakh for 25% equity and 75 lakhs as debt.
Condition – Full time commitment by all three founders & convert to D2C brand.
Final Deal
