Hosting Transfer Policy
We understand that your hosting needs may evolve over time, and you may choose to migrate your website to a different hosting service. In such cases, our team is here to assist you in the transition while ensuring data integrity and security. Please review our transfer policy below:
🔸 Transfer Request Guidelines
- A formal written request must submit via email to our support team from the registered account holder’s email address.
- All outstanding dues must be cleared before initiating the transfer process.
🔸 Transfer Fee
- A non-refundable transfer service fee of ₹10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) will be applicable for facilitating the hosting transfer to another service provider.
- This fee covers the cost of manual backup preparation, technical verification, and secure delivery of your website data.
🔸 Backup Timeline & Delivery
- Upon confirmation of the request and receipt of the transfer fee, our team will prepare a complete backup of your hosting account, including website files, databases, and email (if applicable).
- The backup will be provided within 7 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Data will deliver via a secure download link or through external media (if request and at an additional cost).
🔸 Data Format
- Backups are provided in standard cPanel-compatible formats, including
.zip,.tar.gz, or SQL database files, as per your website’s setup. - If your hosting does not use cPanel, a customizes backup format will be uses on the current infrastructure.
🔸 Important Notes
- We are responsible for providing the data backup only. Migration and restoration on the new hosting server must be handle by your new hosting provider.
- Post-transfer, your account with [Your Company Name] will be considered closed unless otherwise specified or renewed.
- Backup access will be available for 7 days after delivery. Please ensure you download and store it safely within this period.
