They have four categories; Oversized Drop Shoulder Tshirts, Printed Shirts, Co-Ord Sets, & Polo T-shirts. These stylish and comfortable clothing is made from soft, high-quality cotton and features a relaxed fit, making it perfect for wearing on a casual day out or at home. 

Gavin Paris has a range of clothes, but it also has a range of accessories, like bags and jewellery, that are meant to go with the clothes and make them look better. All of Gavin Paris’s products are made with care and attention to detail, and they are all made from high-quality materials so that they will last for years.

They both met through a common family friend where Kishore is a Founder & Ashutosh is appointed as a CTO of the company who manages the social media with the Technology & Marketing part.

About the company:

Gavin Paris is a new age “Gender Neutral Fashion” brand launched in February 2022, for the Indian fashion enthusiasts. All of the products in Gavin Paris are made in India as part of the government of India’s “Make in India” campaign and to help the local market.

They have already delivered more than 25,000 products. All of their sales are through their own website. Their vision is to make the brand a king of this industry. The brand is known for its unique approach to fashion, which is to make clothes that are both stylish and useful and that anyone, regardless of gender, can wear.

Revenue: 

Since the launch, they have made sales of Rs. 1.4 crores with the Gross Margin of 60% & profit of 18%. Their 90% of sales come from male customers and 10% from female customers. 

In August’22, they made sales of Rs. 25 lakhs, In July’22, it was Rs. 22 lakhs & in June’22, the sales were Rs. 19 lakhs.

They spend around Rs. 5-6 lakhs on Marketing every month.

Founder’s Ask 

Rs. 50 lakhs for 5% equity at valuation of 10 crores.

Offers: 

Vineeta gave a conditional offer of Rs. 30 lakhs for 20% equity at valuation of Rs. 1.5 crores & Rs. 20 Lakhs debt @12% interest.

Condition – 40% equity will be given to Ashutosh Roy

Final Deal 

No deal made as founders declined the offer.
