At Awaraj, we take responsibility for delivering quality work. If you feel dissatisfied, we encourage you to contact us at info@awaraj.com to discuss your concerns before requesting a refund. We aim to find a solution that suits both parties. Only if we cannot agree should you file a refund claim.
Refund Eligibility
We treat every project with care and professionalism, striving to meet agreed terms. If you remain dissatisfied, we review refund requests according to the specific service:
Website and Graphic Design
- Full Refund: If we have not started the project or you reject the initial design style.
- Partial Refund: If we fail to deliver as agreed after initial design approval, refund proportional to work done.
- No Refund: If the project is completed and uploaded to the server.
Logo and Brochure Design
- Full Refund: If we have not started the project or you reject the initial design style.
- Partial Refund: If we fail to meet delivery commitments post design approval.
- No Refund: If the project is completed and delivered.
Web Programming
- Full Refund: If we have not started the project.
- Partial Refund: If incomplete delivery occurs, refund based on work completed vs. scope agreed.
Dedicated Hiring (Offshore Staffing)
- Full Refund: If the assigned resource has not started work.
- Proportionate Refund: Based on work completed before cancellation.
- No Refund: For services already provided. Please notify our project manager immediately about any dissatisfaction to discuss compensation or discounts.
Applicability of the Delivery Policy
- Projects are not void unless payments are cleared.
- We do not issue refunds if delays or failures result from incomplete or late information from the client.
- Without proper project information at start, we cannot guarantee delivery or refunds.
- We do not compensate for delays unless a penalty clause is part of a signed agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the incomplete portion of the project. We are not responsible for losses due to service delays or non-provision. Refund liability applies only if the client cancels the project and informs us in writing.
Processing Refunds
- Partial refunds process within 180 business days after cancellation.
- Full refunds process within 50 business days after cancellation.
- Refunds follow the original payment method (check or credit card).
