Job Summary:

As an IT Sales Professional, you will be responsible for driving new business growth by targeting and acquiring new customers within specific verticals or industries. This role demands a highly motivated and results-oriented individual who can identify opportunities, pitch IT services, and establish strong client relationships. You will work closely with internal teams such as marketing, solutions architects, and delivery teams to ensure client needs are met effectively. 

Key Responsibilities:

    • New Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and engage with potential customers to build a robust sales pipeline. Utilize multiple lead generation strategies such as networking, cold calling, social media outreach, and attending industry events.
    • Solution Selling: Understand the customer’s business needs and IT requirements and provide tailored service offerings that address their challenges. Present IT solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
    • Negotiation and Closing: Drive the end-to-end sales process from initial contact to contract signing. Handle objections, negotiate pricing, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • MBA -Marketing or Equivalent
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Services such as WordPress, SEO, or equivalent.
  • Understanding of the sales cycle for enterprise-level solutions.
  • Ability to adapt to changing technology landscapes and offer relevant solutions.

Stipend:

      • Basic Stipend up to Rs.60,000/- for Six Months, with a competitive commission structure based on meeting sales targets.

    WordPress Developer (0 to 6 Months of Experience)

    Location:  Agra/Remote

    Job Description: 
    Careers  Develop and Customize WordPress Themes: Create and modify WordPress themes based on project requirements, ensuring responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

    Plugin Development: Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress plugins to extend the functionality of websites.
    Website Maintenance and Optimization: Regularly update and maintain WordPress websites, ensuring optimal performance, security, and SEO.
    Collaborate with Design and Content Teams: Work closely with designers and content creators to implement visual elements and interactive features that align with project goals.

    Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Identify and fix bugs, performance issues, and other technical problems on WordPress websites.
    Manage Hosting and Domains: Handle server configurations, domain management, and deploy websites on various hosting platforms.

    Qualifications:

    IT Sales Freelancer (0 to 6 Months of Experience)

    Job Summary:

    Identify opportunities (lead generation) and generate sales from your country of residence. Build and maintain strong customer relationships and assist with all relevant client checks. Collaborate closely with our team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads for further follow-up and conversion. Participate in team meetings, provide feedback, and contribute to the overall sales and marketing strategies.

    Your main task is to attract new clients (sales) interested in IT/consulting services by offering them our services such as Technical consulting, Software development, QA, DevOps, Automation, Tech support, training & documentation, Digital marketing and SEO.
